Shenzhen Kawang relocation and expansion project has now entered its final stages. The new factory, located in Zhongshan Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covers approximately 30,000 square meters and will feature 42,000 square meters of workshop space upon completion, significantly boosting production capacity. Equipped with advanced production lines including intelligent cutting systems, automated sewing machines, and unmanned packaging facilities, the facility is expected to achieve substantial productivity gains, reduced defect rates, and lower labor costs. The company has concurrently established a digital management platform to enhance process control throughout production. A newly established R&D design center will facilitate annual product launches. Strictly adhering to green standards, the project incorporates photovoltaic systems, rainwater recycling solutions, and environmental treatment systems while creating additional employment opportunities. Upon operational launch, the new factory will mark the beginning of a new phase of high-quality development for the company.
